Disable text filter in the editor for markers description

I'm trying to do this (using joomla 2.5):
in my map some marker descriptions should contain a link that opens a popup window with more details.
To open these links as popup I'm trying to use in the Tiny mce editor the insert/modify link - popup. It works but, when I save, the code get cleared. I know this is due to text filters, I am superuser and set no filters for me. This works when I use the editor for articles, but doesn't in the marker description. I guess the reason is that this description has no owner like articles have. Is it possible to avoid text filtering while editing the description?

Hi, some code needs to be filtered there, as the popups in the map are displayed in javascript code , maybe this can be somehow customized, but for now no experiences
