Front-end upload module

I have seen that there are several modules downloadable for Pocha Download but there is not anything for the front-end user upload form that is part of the component.
I would like to integrate it with in a Community Builder tab.
Would it be easy to extract from the component only that form and turn it into a module? Otherwise could you suggest a different solution?

I have seen it and I like it.

Can it be turned into a module with few changesto the code so that I can load it in a CB tab?
or
is there a way to load that page into a tab?
