RESOLVED - internal error or misconfiguration

Hi,

I get the error below when I try to go to the Gallery from either the drop down component menu or the gallery option from the categories screen.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@gordonsutton.org and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Prior to the error, I had added a new category using the folder option. The folder contained 3 subcategories and about 60 pictures. It generated the thumbnails, added the sub-categories. When I tried to go to the gallery after that is when I got the error. I have manually checked the database with a utility and also looked at all of the records in the two tables. Everything appears fine.

All other functions of Joomla 1.5.2 work fine.

I can access the photos from the web http://www.unicowfarm.com.

I do not know how to check any further. Would you please provide me help in determining how to fix the problem.

no idea, if it works without the drop down component ... (maybe some conflict between javascripts ???)

Hi,
I am not sure what you mean but it does not work at all. When i try to use the gallery option from any screen or drop down it gets the error.

I guess I will have to reinstall and try again unless you have any suggestions.

Hi,
Finally resolved the problem. I found records that should have been deleted in the Phoca tables in the database and in the thumbs directory. There was also three images that seemed to be in an intermediate state. I deleted all and runs fine now.

Perhaps left over from the original problem.
