I have been trying to upload files using phoca download in the administrator side, but looks like files (even those of less than 2MB) cannot upload, even after giving the folder 777 permissions. So I need your assistance if it is a server restriction issue because FTP uploads then just fine.
This is the error I get
Warning! - Failed to move file
Error. Unable to upload file
Kind regards,

Re: Upload error using phoca download
I am also getting a similar error but in the front end.
JFile: :read: Unable to open file:
Warning: Failed to move file!
It has the following error:
Warning: fopen() [function.fopen]: Filename cannot be empty in ******\libraries\joomla\filesystem\file.php on line 322
I am trying to upload a PDF that is 5mb. My upload limit is 20MB!
Please help us

Re: Upload error using phoca download
Hi, try to recheck your permissions - in case, permissions are OK, then recheck ownership of files and folders. This is more a question on webhosting operator
