Empty settings tab after installation

Hi,
congratulation for the wonderful extention!
I have a problem.
I'm using
joomla 1.5.23 and phoca download 1.3.9.

I installed everything and all seemed to be smooth.
Now I need to change the path to the download directory from "phocadownload" to something else.
I read I can do this from the "settings" tab. However, my settings tab is empty, there is simply nothing there to edit.
Other tabs (files, categories, etc...) are ok.

Can you provide help me with this?

Hi, try to enable debug mode and php error reporting, to see if there is no error.

your database does not include required tables (they were not installed)
