superuser, however not able to save options (403 error)

I am not able to save the preferences (options). Upon saving I get a 403 error. I am logged in as superuser.
I use Joomla 2.5 with phogallery 3.2.0.
The server does not use Suhosin PHP.

Can someone please help me.

Hi, then try to enable php error reporting and debug mode in your Joomla! configuration, if you get some error?

The problem has already been solved.
Ik was due to a security system (IDS) used by the webhost.
