[SOLVED] Upload a file

Hi, i'm italian and i'm using phoca download 1.3.9 under joomla 1.5.23.
I try to find an answer to a simple question in documentation, but i dont' find it
The question is: when i create a new file in the Files tab clicking on the + icon i have to define all the settings about this file including the file name. If i click on the icon for searching the file the popup menu that i see show to me all the files that are into the download directory that i have choose. BUT HOW CAN I UPLOAD A FILE WITHOUT USING AN FTP PROGRAM? At the bottom of the list i find 3 buttons but i cant click on them. Maybe i have some settings wrong??
Please help me and sorry for my english...

Hi, disable flash upload feature in settings of Phoca Download, so standard upload feature will be used.
