Website not functional after installing phoca download

Hello,
Just downloade & installed phocadownload 2.1.6 on my joomla 2.5 website. I activated the plugin and the website was not available anymore. The apache error log shows:
File does not exist: /home/danzal01/domains/danzaluz.nl/public_html/templates/at_cesmiro/images/header.png, referer: http://danzaluz.nl/
[Thu Jun 07 03:03:33 2012] [error] [client 186.191.221.138] File does not exist: /home/danzal01/domains/danzaluz.nl/public_html/404.shtml, referer: http://danzaluz.nl/

What went wrong?

Hi,
all solved now. Strange combination of ISP going down.
Downloaded file was { I guess } corrupt and I had problem reaching internet where the apache log errors.
The log showed also a phoca sub directory which was not on the system; so solved it by redownloading & reinstalling.
Just try and try again ; - )
