Problem with Phoca VirtueMart Category Module

My problem:

VirtueMart Category Module not displays category img , why?

No, site stay on my computer(Apache) . About images parameters, where i can see enabled they or no? In menedger module:

If i enabled "all categories" catergory img displayed
but me needed how here https://www.phoca.cz/virtuemartdemo/, without "all categories"

Enable thumbnails - set to yes, so no idea why this will not work ... testing now and if disable "all categories" and enable thumbnails, the images are displayed for subcategories - Do your subcategories include published images?

I have same problem - no thumbnails in the menu. All categories and subcategories have thumbnails.
Joomla: 1.7.5

Hi, images are displayed only for first sublevel. Check if the categories are located in first sublevel.

I have the same problem, but only with firefox and IE, chrome display images correctly, why?
