Watermark Problem

Hi there,

I know you had to answer this question a lot. But I couldn't figure out how to add watermark to my images.

Let me tell you what I want. I want to have two categories. One should be other's subcategory. For example, I want to open an Activities category and in it there must be a Rock Festival category. So let me tell you what I did, maybe you can figure out what I did wrong, or what I didn't do. I first tried to create a single activities category with watermarked images as following,

1-I chose Yes in watermark section, and chose the center and middle places of X and Y
2-I created two watermark images names as, watermark-large.png and watermark-medium.png
3-Then I created Activities category, and selected activities folder in /images/phocagallery/ for it.
4-Then I put watermark images in /images/phocagallery/activities and /images/phocagallery itself
5-Then I selected 3 images from my computer in Gallery section and upload them with selecting category by multi add
6-I open my gallery page and couldnt see anything with watermarks on it. Neither thumbs nor images itself.

Now what am I doing wrong? I thought "if I cant do it then, do not bother to create subcategories" to myself, so I first want to ask you about it. Please help me asap. I need to figure out how to solve this problem. Beside that all of the features of your gallery component works for me. Thanks for now

Check if the Multiple Add creates thumbnails into the same category or if it create new category

Nope multiple adds didn't create new category. I already chose the one I created before thumbnail creation. But I see some posts about SEF issues. I use Joomla's original SEF, so my links are HTMLs. I thought maybe its because of it and closed it, turned the links normal but it didnt change. I can't figure out why it's not working for me.

so try to reinstall the component, delete menu links and create new links..
