Files no showing

After upgrading to the latest version the files have all disappeared and I am getting the following error looking for the fields

mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in /home/jcic8210/public_html/jacobsonconsulting.com/jver316/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 293

The files are still there. The download works on the front side of the web site. It is only on the back side that the file list does not work.
Need to add the userid column in phocadownload table.

Enable debug mode which can tell you which error you get in your database.

Yes, it was the missing userid field.
