error with making category

Hello,

I like to start with downloads. But I get an error...
I can't make any category, with opening the category tab I get a system error. When I set the system messages 'off' it is not possible to save the category. There is a message that I have to fill in the title, but it is filled in.

I hope someone can help me to solve the problem.

By the way: My site is local on the moment for developing.

I have solved it by setting the error line in the PHP.ini.
