Problem solved
I used the following link to help me: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joo...-sef-in-joomla
So when the SEF is on in Joomla- we need to create invisibles links to the component of phoca / all category
I have added a menu - and a link to phocadownload componant category in this menu.
So all the "free" document pdf included in each category will have visibles links for joomla.

And now when a visitor want to download a visible file for which he don't has access - the url redirection IS the return-url include in your file.php
