oOpen graph plugin: easy question...

Hey,

I've just installed the phoca open graph plugin... i just don't understand one thing... how it works?!

I mean after I install and enabled the plugin, what should i do in order to have all my articles and page compatible with facebook preview?

When i try to share one of my article, facebook doesn't show the proper description and picture as should be...

Should i recall the plugin in all single article? How?
