How insert script and other in "no editor"

Hi,

disabling the editor in article or html module i can paste any thing: script, iframe etc..
Inside Phoca Download and Phoca Gallery i can't do this. Why?

What should i change to have the same "no editor" as the rest of joomla?

Hi, the texarea is protected by filter="safehtml" so this needs to be edited in XML files, e.g. in phoca gallery categories description:

administrator\components\com_phocagallery\models\forms\phocagalleryc.xml
