How do I allow download and viewing of a .mov file?

Hi There,

I'm not sure why, but when I insert a .mov file for preview it says "No correct file for playing found".
I can set it for download, but it doesn't work to play.

What can I do to make sure a .mov file can be played please?

Hi, only mp3, mp4 and flv can be played by flow player in Phoca Download.
