error message

I am receiving the following message
Direct Access to admin.install_delivery_sql.php is not allowed.

Tried to track it down but am stumped. I believe all my file permissions are correct.

Can any one help.

are you logged in in your joomla as super administrator?

Problem. I was using a cut and paste of the url of the file and I also captured part of the line that was not part of the code. My browser would not get rid of it until I cleared the cache.

I just attribute it to my bad eyesite.
