Date on Invoice's header

Hello,
I would like to display the payment date (order date) and the date of acceptance of the payment header.
How do I do this please?
and is it also possible to display the type of payment? if there is a paypal payment or a payment by credit card for example.

Hi, the payment method needs to be customized. The same with payment date (try to see similar posts in this forum, there were some guides to do it)
