Add categories from front-end

I have a website with about 250 users, each with a category where only they are allowed to upload documents. Is there any way to allow each user to create subcategories from the front end?

That reply is for Phoca Gallery, not Phoca Download, Jan. I am wondering the same thing about Phoca Download.

Hi, sorry for confusing (sometimes I am overloaded )

This is planned for Phoca Download, (it is in feature request list, so I will not add it again), I hope, sometimes I will find to finish this feature.
