PDF Bookmark Links Problem

Hi Jan,
I just installed your pdf phoca component and plugin for my joomla 1.5.25 site. I have created a page in joomla content with bookmark links. These links go to a specified location on the page.
Example Link <a href="#chapter1">Homemade Pet Food - Why it is so beneficial</a>
Example destination <a name="chapter1">Chapter 1</a>

When I click on the example link in the pdf phoca extension page, the link takes me to the top of the page, not to the destination specified in the example link.

What do I have to do to get the example link to go to my destination on the page?
I know tcpdf site has the capability to recognize bookmarks, but I just can not get these bookmarks to work.

http://www.tcpdf.org/examples/example_015.phps How do I integrate this php file? I have contacted tcpdf but they have not gotten back to me.

I also know tcpdf has just done a update of the pdf library. Does your extension include their update?

Please help me get bookmark links to work in your pdf phoca extension. I also need it to work in Joomla content as well. So I need to have the bookmark links to work both in pdf and joomla content. Can you help me? I would sure appreciate it.

Hi, I regullary update the tcpdf for Phoca PDF, but latest updates are available for Joomla! 2.5, so not sure if the version of 1.5 include the mentioned feature
