Huge Problem: Thumbnails

Hello my Friends,

i´m using phoca gallery in connection to virtuemart. after istallation and config i thought that everything works fine, i´ve mounted over 80 products from virtuemart to gallery without taking a preview, after finished work i wanted to see the results and...shock:

thumbs under firefox where disastered, internet explorer shows regular thumbdimensions, but inside-pics are difficult from size.

i´ve made no separat customizations, every category contains global configs.

without phoca gallery i cant complete my project.

please help me out!

Hi, the problem is, I don't know what did you do with the thumbnails... if you add images into Phoca Gallery, every thumbnail will have the same width and size.... ???

If it looks fine in IE I'd guess it's something to do with your template and it's stylesheet.
Chances are if it looks this way in Firefox it's 'broke' in most other standard complaint browsers too.

Curious - did you upload some images and let it create thumbnails, and then change the thumbnail setting and upload some more? You could try logging into FTP and deleting the thumbnails then visit the admin page and let it recreate all thumbs again.

after configure the phoca preferences (the thumbsizes and so on), ive uploaded the pics directly via phoca backend, one after another...without additional config changes. before i uploaded a picture set via "multiple add", worked fine.

now i check my site (browsershots, thanks progenitor) and upload the pics at once...hope it works
