is there a simple way to fix error 500

is there a simple way to fix the error 500 problem when installing phoca download.... this is very frustrating. i have searched to try to find something I can understand but no luck

what can i do ?

there does not seem to be any reason for the problem as I have installed on another site and it worked the first time

Hi, I think you need to ask on your webhosting where you get it - you will see the reason for the error, try to see:

Unfortunately I cannot fix something what is working and have problems only on some servers (as I don't know the reason of the problem )
