KML activation - at Phoca maps control panel - absent

Hello, i'm trying to use 3-d party KML file (weather), and this work correctly at maps.google.com.

I did everything according documentation - uploaded KML file to directory phocamapskml at my server joomla root,
but i cant find component parameters - not at menu item settings, not at Phoca maps control panel - only position presented there:

Maps
Icons
Markers
Info

Please help me activate usage of KML files with Phoca maps.
I use Joomla 2.5
