No markers with kml file on IE8

i have got a problem with Phoca maps Plugin with Internet Explorer 8

On this page you could see that on IE8, there is no marker on map : http://axxis-ressources.com/implantations
I have no message or alert on IE Debugger ???

There is no problem on FF or Chrome.

This map is generated with a kml file

joomla 2.5.7
Phoca maps 2.0.5
Plugin 2.0.5

Hmm, testing now here: https://www.phoca.cz/joomlademo/phoca-maps-kml (see no problem with IE)
