I am running Joomla 2.5.7 and Phoca Download version 2.1.7 on a Ubuntu server. I have tried using both Firefox 16.01 and IE 9 (from my windows 7 workstation, not from the server), both of which have the latest flash and java installed. I get the following message, "You browser doesn't have Flash installed." What can I do to solve this issue? I need to be able to upload a good number of files which would take a good long while to do it singly. Please advise.
Thank you.

Re: Can't upload multiple files
Hi, multiple upload does now work with Java, so there is no problem in Java. Mostly this can be caused by some Javascript error on the site, if there is some javascript error rendered on the site, the multiple feature will not load (check the javascript error console in your browser)

Re: Can't upload multiple files
Did you change the file upload size? If use the default of Zero for unlimited size it breaks the flash. If you put in a large file size like 8,192,000 for 8 meg it should work.
Every time I make the change it quits working.

And did you check your site for Javascript errors?
