pdf icon missing after upgrade to 2.5.7 joomla

Installed joomla 2.5.6 installed phoca pdf (component and plugin) worked find. I put in one sample article and when I looked at it on the front-end there was the pdf icon to the left of print and email. Clicked it and a beautiful pdf appeared for my article. This is fantastic!

The admin control panel had an upgrade button and I clicked it, shortly it finished the upgrade to 2.5.7 and all seems find. Back to the front-end - the pdf icon is now missing. I don't see any settings for this anywhere.

What to do now? is this a bug? Is there an easy fix?

Hi, you need to upgrade Phoca PDF again, as the icon in the article works on hack base, it needs to be newly created after upgrading joomla - unfortunatelly, phoca pdf has no way how to add the pdf link other way to joomla system
