Blog layout "More articles" ordering is messed up

About the Phoca_T template

Under the first post blog layout is the "More Articles" and it counts from 1-9 and then 0 and then 1-9 and 20. The css also cuts off some of the numbers on the side. See this post for more info and a PHOTO. forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=615&t=765474
