Maps don't show

Hi,

I'm using Joomla version 1.7.3 and want to show a map in my content.
I've downloaded and installed Phoca Maps 2.0.5, created a map and a marker and added this

Code: Select all

{phocamaps view=map|id=1}

to my content.
But instead of showing a nice map, it just shows the text

{phocamaps view=map|id=1}

.
I have no javascript errors on my page, you can see on

Is there a step I forgot? I really can't figur out what goes wrong, why he isn't showing the map.

Hi,
If you want to display a map inside an article, you must install and enable Phoca Maps Plugin too.

I am using joomla 3 and phoca 3.0.1 and the version 3 plugin.
But i cant get the maps to show in an article.
Is there anything i am doing wrong.

Hello,

I am using Joomla 2.5 and have installed the Maps component and plugin versions of PhocaMaps. I created my map and then enabled the plugin. I have tried putting both versions of the plugin code in the article content itself and also in a custom html module. The {altphocamaps view=map|id=1} code does not work. The {phocamaps view=link|id=1|text=Map} code does create a hyperlink to my map, but I want to put the actual map itself on the page. Is there a step that I missed or am I doing something wrong?

Hi, there is no:
{altphocamaps view=map|id=1}

but:

I've got just the same problem. The link version of the plugin-link works just fine, but in the Joomla article, it's just the background showing.
I've got the latest version of Phoca Maps and Joomla 3.3.3. Really strange..
