Menu Modul - Show specific categories

Hello there
In the Menu-Modul i can hide Categories, but is there a way to SHOW a list of categories?
The reason is, that i use a maincat with a lot of categories, so the frontendadmin can manage the whole gallery.
Or is it possible, to give one spesific user the membership to more then one categories?

Hi, users can have permissions to access, upload, etc. for more categories.
