in my page I inserted a module to display a set of files. These files are only displayed if you are logged in to the site. If you are not logged in I would like to display a message. How can I do?

Hmmm, I think, you need to customize the module, you are using. In component, the file will be not downloaded if user has no access to do, but in some module, you need to do such rule
