Programing gallery options

Is it possible to do some changes in Phoca Gallery?

I would need the following:

Situation: We have registered user, and he has created a category (gallery) of
pictures.

When user is logged in and upload some picture in other gallery. Is it
possible to get same image at the same time placed in his gallery?
Also, would it be possible to set the url link on that picture to the user`s gallery?

All this should be done automatically when user upload image from his computer to one of the
galleries.

Hi, Phoca Gallery is not closed, so you can customize it.
