Error: Function Not Registered. addDelivery is not a valid

I installed Phoca PDF to issue invoices in virtuemart when I click to save the bill appears to me that the error message below:
Error: Function Not Registered. addDelivery is not a valid VirtueMart function.
Can anyone help me solve this problem? Thank you. The work of the authors of Phoca is a real public service.

Hi, mostly this is displayed in case the IDnR was not successfully installed, try to recheck the installation again:
