Can downloading to PnP folder be done via admin panel?

Happy new year. I wish you happiness.
Trying to use multiple upload and only can upload to the phocadownload folder. Files need to be played on frontend by visitors. How should i upload mp3s so that every visitor could play files right on the page? As I have understood for playing I should use pap folder, but there is no access through the multiple upload.

backend. Can you tell me does PD have a possibility to play mp3s in minimalistic design for concentration on what is playing?
PD can have a file which connected to the youtube video, cann't it? If not, can you advise some Phoca extension which will be able to create a page with audio and video files that can be played on site? Here is page structure what i mean:

Phoca Download uses Flow player, so it is in fact minimalistic but you can try to see flow player sites and look at the modification. In Phoca Download Plugin there is a code for connection to Youtube, the same for component - you can add it like e.g. image, see it e.g. here:

Thank you Jan. I see. Is there possibilty in PD to display last N files from category 1 and last N files fromcategory 2, like on picture above?
