How to add a whole gallery on a static page?

I would like to add the whole gallery to a static page, because I want to write some text before the gallery starts, lik e3 paragraphs of text. Right now I can see only thumbs of each category on my gallery page.

Is there a way to add some text on top of the gallery?

Hi,

when you display a whole category you can set a description for that category. (You can do that in the backend via components --> phocagallery --> categories -->your category --> description).

If this is not what you want, you can always use the Phoca Gallery Plugin. With the plugin you can add pictures to an article. https://www.phoca.cz/phocagallery-plugin/
