File counter error

Hi all, apologies if that topic is already covered, although i did a deep search in the forum, did not find any answer.

I am usisng the download component and even everything seems to be working fine, file counter does not seem to work when you have a folder-subfolder-file.

When files are below just a folder they get counted, when they are under 3 folders, still shows 0, even though has 4 files inside.
Any step by step guidance help will be appreciated

Hi, the count of files is about the category, not subcategory - such needs to be customized in the code (to use some recursive function to search all the tree of the categories - can be memory issue - see other similar posts)
