send mail after upload phoca downloads

Does anybody know if it is possible tot send mail after an upload with phoca downloads to a user or a group of users ?

Hi, for now there is sending for users, sending emails for groups needs to be customized.

There is an option located under the general tab where you can select the user. To send the email to more then one user you maybe could add a new user whose email address is redirecting the mail to the right ones!?

The sending for users funtions well, but where can I finde the text of the message.

I get a mail like this:
"New File uploaded

Website: xxx
Date: Montag, 21. Januar 2013 23:06
IP: 1.2.3.4.5.

Nachricht:

File "Testfile" was uploaded by User X (x).

Regards,
Domain"

Where can I translate this text and is it even possible to add the category of the added file into the mail?

thanks for your answer. I' ve checked the files, but all strings are translated into german. I cannot find any strings, which belong to the email - posted above. Can you help me? Administrators get the mail after a new user upload is done.

Hi, then check if the language pack is up to date. There is no other place to set the langauge strings.

I am sorry if this should be its own thread but my question is very similar...

I am trying to send an email to the owner of the file when admin uploads a new file or updates a current file. Ideally I would like to have a button control sending the email to the owner of the file from admin.

I know that I'll be using the sendPhocaDownloadMail method of the PhocaDownloadHelper class...I have the ability to do this but am in need some insight. If anyone could give me a hint of the logic or pseudocode I could make the modifications myself.
