Phoca Galerry Plugin with Joomla 3

I have Joomla 3 and I tried phca gallery for joomla 2.5, but it doesnt work.

When will be this plugin updated to work with Joomla 3 ?

Hi, there is Alpha version for the component, after it will be stable, I will take a look at the plugin and modules.

Hi, unfortunatelly, components have the highest priority as without them no plugin will work So first the components need to be ready ... I hope the plugin will be ready before Joomla! 3 LTS will be stable.

Does this mean that Phoca Gallery Plugin 2.7.7 doesn't work with Joomla3? Although it installs without problem, it displays nothing. Or I do something wrong? Where should i take imageid and categoryid from?

I've made site for my client using Phoca gallery, and now i'm very disappointed becouse this plugin is not working. When opening site with image included by plugin an error displays:
"500 - JHtml image not found."
Maybe only one line have to be changed in plugin, and it would start working?
Is there anyone who understand this code and can try to fix it?

Hi, which version of Joomla! you are using? Did you read previous posts, there is no plugin for Joomla! 3

I've wrote in this thread because i've joomla 3, and i've used plugin for joomla 2.5. I do understend that this plugin is not designed for joomla 3, but i've looked over the code and there are only couple lines that coresponds to joomla core, so i think that there is someone clever who can easly discover something like this: "change line 123 to smth and it should work".

Normaly i'm using joomla 2.5 but on my clients hosting there is only autoinstaler for joomla 3.0. So I've decided to try making website using J3.0. I've tested Phoca gallery, phoca maps, phoca gallery slideshow module and these ones work great. Forgot to test plugin. Now the website is all done when i discovered that this plugin doesen't work.
Please take a look at this plugins code, maybe you find quick correction to make it work.
