Max Size: 3.00 MB

Post by MHeun »

Hello,
yes ive read the other Posts but it dont worked.

Ive enlarged the Filesize in the PHP Server Settings up to 60 MB and also in the Settings of Phoca Downloads.

But it dont changed anything.
The max upload of a File is "Max Size: 3.00 MB" and it dont works zu upload an 4,5 mb File.

Anyone an idea?

Thx for your Help

Hi, which version of Phoca Download you are using and where you are uploading the files?

So this means, there are not settings in menu link, you can only set the max size in Options of the component, are you able to save the options, if you set e.g. 7MB, and you click on store the options, which this change?

Hi, testing now, see no such problem there, if I set limit for upload, I can see such limit in frontend and can upload such file, can you paste a screenshot of frontend upload?

Hi, yes now I see, you are setting the user upload size for frontend upload, go one folder next to folder "general" and set the right parameter for backend upload: Maximum Upload Size (Administration)
