Hi, I'm new to Phoca so please excuse my ignorance. I've searched the forums and found some answers from 2009 but solutions don't seem applicable today. I think I'm missing something really simple, I've got 3 pages I want to show different categories on: Photos 2011, Photos 2012, Photos 2013. I have 2 categories created (so far), Timberman 2011 and Eagleman 2012, each goes on the page for their year. They are both showing on all the years, how do I only have Timberman 2011 on 2011 and Eagleman 2012 on 2012? I have the Menu Item type as List of Categories. I will have lots of categories when I am done and I want people to be able to select a race for viewing, not have to scroll through all the pictures like List of Images.
My dev site is here:
http://dubai.directrouter.com/~chxogjob ... hotos-2011
Joomla 2.5, Phoca 3.2.3
Thanks so much,
Kara

Re: All categories on the same page
Thanks so much, did you take a look at my DEV site? If you click on all three photo years you'll see both of the album categories are on each page. I want to pick which albums go on which page, not show all on all pages. I tried the List of images type in the Main Menu but still has all categories on all pages.

Re: All categories on the same page
Hi,
yes, I checked your dev site.
But I have no idea what is the problem.
It is not possible to assign a subcategory (e.g. Timberman 2011) to more than one parent category (e.g. Photos 2011, Photos 2012, Photos 2013) So, if you assign the subcategory "Timbermann 2011" to the parent category "Photos 2011", this subcategory should only be displayed there, if you create a menu link "List of images" type.
Kind regards,
Benno
