Plugin does not work

I try to use the Phoca Gallery Plugin on my 2.5 Joomla Environment. But I only see the code and not more. The following steps I have done:
- Phoca Gallery itself is working properly
- Phoca Gallery Plugin 3.2.0 installed, Language Pack for German 2.5 installed.
- Plugin aktivated
- write the code in the article

Display the article and it displays just the code and no images.

Then I deinstalled the Plugin. Installed the older Verion 2.7.7 with the German Language Pack. Activated the Plugin but it was the same as above.
What is wrong?

I found it - or better, I deinstalled the plugin and downloaded it fresh from your homepage, installed, and - IT WORK'S!
I have no idea, why it did not work yesterday, but I found out, that the download did not look the same.
