unable to add Catagory

Hi Guys

im not able to create my first category
Save failed with the following error: CATEGORY MUST HAVE A TITLE

i have filled in the form completely every time i click save it brings up the same error.

i have made sure that the module and plugin are both enabled. i have even removed and re installed but still same error

Joomla 2.5.9
Phocha 2.1.8

Search Engine Friendly URL= Yes
Use URL rewriting = Yes

mySQL DB

any help would be grateful thank you

Hi, see the javascript console in your browser - mostly this can be caused by some javascript error which prevents from running it successfully on the site.

I actually got it going, by removing and FTPing the files to a TEMP dir and re-installing it, i do apologize for posting before trying everything.
