Frontend User Upload Preview Display Option

I am currently trying to implement the user upload from the frontend of my joomla website. I know there is an option on the backend where you can upload the document to preview on the frontend. I was wondering if there was a way to do this as a user uploading a document from the frontend.

Thanks for the reply but unfortunately this doesn't solve my issue. Let me explain further, I am trying to make it so users from the front end of the website can upload documents through the "User Upload" menu type you mentioned above but would like the preview button to automatically be enabled for all uploaded documents. I have already made it so the download folder and the play/preview folder are the same.
I know how to make documents viewable by uploading them through the backend but sadly this site will eventually be ran by somebody else that will not have access to upload through the backend and it is vital that every document is available for preview prior to downloading and the "User Upload" menu type doesn't offer the option for preview.
I am not sure if this is doable through the options button in the backend of joomla but may have to be done through customization.

Hi, in Phoca Download 3 (Beta) you can set in parameters - that uploaded file will be moved to phocadownloadpap (folder for preview or play) in case the file is playable or previewable (user does not need to upload more files)
