How to modify phoca template in 3.0?

Hi!
I installed new phoca template for 3.0 but when i open i see basic page without gallery modules like i saw it on demo preview. I making website for photographer and i really need galleries. How can i modify template and have like on demo preview?

Hi, which template? and which demo you mean? which gallery modules you mean?

I mean https://www.phoca.cz/joomla3demo/ and this template i downloaded.And when i open in joomla admin panel this template dont showing like this (with galleries like on demo), only basic structure of webpage. Please help
