Probleme installation phoca download

Hello everyone!
I just installed phoca download on my server. But I have the following messages all around the backend of my joomla.

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /homez.707/smyrne/www/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/helpers/phocadownloadcp.php on line 35
