problems with image position in kml file

Hello, I have created with google earth kml file, in the file included a picture, change the position, size and rotation of the image, also includes polygons with labels and description.

I went to phocamaps file. The problem is that the show in a paper map, the image is not shown in the position, size and rotation correct that I created in google heart.

The picture is displayed as is without modification on the server.

The polygons shown in correct position.

Hi, does your KML display other way in Google Maps. I think Google Maps do not have all the features Google Earth has
