Phoca maps, new marker on map, can't reach my site anymore

Hello,

I installed Phoca Maps and added a few markers. Suddenly, today, i want to add some new pins, but when i click on the button next to longitude and latitude to set the codes, the page couldn't load. So i filled those forms in manually, but when i want to save the marker my website is not accessible for me. So i tried another webbrowser, same problem happend.

Everytime i use another device or another webbrowser to add an pin, then it stops working and i can't reach my site anymore.

Please help!

Update:
When i want te open "Set Coordinates", firefox and chrome give me the message, "the connection was reset"

Hi, hmm, this seems like some server problem (maybe some security limit for connection with google maps )

If you enable php error reporting and debug mode, do you get some error message? Or looking to your errorLog on your server, does it show some critical error?

I can't find any errors when i enable the debug mode in global configuration. However when i want to add a new map to phocamaps and then save it, nothing happens and i get

Error -324 couldn't load url ...

Where ... Stands for the url i triy to access

Hi, the link to administration was removed as without password I am not able to see the administration.

I don't know what is 324 error, maybe this is some message from the server which is displayed in case there is some error on your server. For this info you need to ask your webhosting operator - or see directly the errorLog on your server to see which error caused it
