redirection DL-files

I switched from Joomla 1.5.x to 25.x. In J1.5 I used a different download compent.

Now I want to work with Phoca Download. It pleases me very well, and I've converted all my DL files.
I have some paths of the old DL component that I have linked via an HTML link in the emails and many people have archived.

Now I've tried using "redirection" Component from Joomla and another try with "ReDJ" to put on the path of the PH-DL left. But it does not work;-(
As an example:

The old link from the old DL-Component:

"http://domain.com/download/oldcatergory ... e/download"

accesses to the new PH DL link.

"http://domain.com/download/newcategory/ ... d=1:myfile"

I could live with it if no direct Downloaf works, and the link leads only to a PH-DL category.
But that does not seem to be working because of the various similar paths.

What can i do.

Hi, unfortunatelly, I don't know which mechanism you have used for redirects and how it works, so I am not able to give any clue advice there

In Phoca Download - direct download works but if you need your path for the download, then you need to overwrite the route methods in Phoca Download to get similar paths to your previous settings
