No PDF icon and can't generate a PDF

I have installed the Phoca PDF using FULL INSTALL and did not have any errors.
Then I activated the plugin and no errors.
I visited the component and control panel and it looks fine.
On the front end, I do not have a PDF icon anywhere. If I look at the source code, there is no mention of PDF either.
I am using the JAT3 blank template and I don't think it is overriding the core but I am not sure.

Can anyone please help? I really need to be able to convert reports to PDF for download.

Hi, you need to be sure, if the template overrides the components output or not

I am using the JA T3 blank template. From the instructions in your link, it does not appear to be overriding components.

Hi, in such case try to edit the core file to test it.
