by the statistics of one of the files was taken to the Guest user access. This user is not present within the CMS, I checked this is not just no user with that name.

the question is: is it possible that someone logged in with that user?
or is the system that defines guest a specific action on the file?

Hi, guest means all the users who was not logged in.

I also have this, but on files that should only be available to a custom user level? Does this mean files can be downloaded by non-members?

Hi, was the file always accessible for not public users - maybe some historic statistics? If the file is accessible for some custom user level only, then it cannot be downloaded by public users.
