error importing SQL file from 1.5 into 2.5 database

I'm finally upgrading my site from Joomla 1.5 to 2.5 and followed the directions found at the article "How to migrate extensions from Joomla! 1.5 to Joomla! 2.5 (1.7)" When I got to the Import portion of the instructions I got an error.

MySQL said:
#1136 - Column count doesn't match value count at row 1

How do I fix this?

I think I'm having the same issue as a post called "Upgrading to joomla 2.5" in the "Phoca Gallery" section, but I can't figure it out. I think I have narrowed the issue down to the way I'm exporting the file. My version didn't have the "Dump table" option so the first time I exported using no structure and I got the message above. I then tried exporting again with the structure box checked and when importing I got an error that basically said the phocadownload table already existed. I thought maybe some data had made it from the first import so I uninstalled, made sure the tables were removed and re-installed. I then re-imported, but I got the same error message.

I have created a screen grab of the options I have. I'm hoping someone can direct me which options I should use:

Yep. Those are the instructions I referred to in my original post. As you can tell by the graphic, my import/export options aren't the same as your guide which is where I think the problem lies.

Hi, this is the problem as I don't know how to do it without the import/export options I have used as I didn't test it with other way - only the way I described and have no experiences with other options

Can you see the graphic I posted? I don't have any of experience with SQL. Can you try to guess how your options translate to the ones I have available?

Ugh. I still need help. I don't want to have to manually insert every one of my files, loose the download stats and potentially change the link names which are embedded throughout my site. What a mess! I am so frustrated!
